Very very poor and rude people. Purchased Gold Bangles for which they assured for fittings of the same but many many times follow up and visited the store but not done

Very bad service.very bad service....staff doesn't comply with you...we were not given any receiving for a payment above 100000 rs against total payment of 128310rs.... nor we have our product with us now .... they declined to collect money from home as .. i got bluffed ... I am now at a loss of 101000 payment+ 30000 booking amount

It was okay experience. Offers and options wise, it was good. Executive was well behaved and understood the requirements. But customer experience wise it was not good. Basic etiquette to offer at least some water/tea/coffee even did not happen(major setback for my family as it was different from other customers). Also, We were being pitched for items we did not want.
