Pathetic service Those sweet words and sugar coated words make us feel so good and then here comes the scam ........ They say they will give you this discount that discount......... but it's totally a fraud ......... And on that they have the odasity saying it's your fault ........ You did not here it right and now the Bill has been issued we cannot do anything......also when I say I don't want insurance they wrapped me in the sugar coated words stating this is important and took away my money....... Not going to trust these thugs from here onwards...... BIG MISTAKE 😞

just stepped out of kalyan Hadapsar branch pune .. Saundarya attended me and I had the worst experience over there out of all the gold shops I visited in 2 days. they will tell you a false discounted making charge and then, when you will actually finalise all the matching items accordingly they will change it saying we didn't properly calculated in the first go .. which they did twice on 2 items .. didn't felt like a coincidence .. Highly unprofessional behaviour.. trying to make a fool out of people

Very bad experience about service and staff behaviour.... customer reviews seen and replied but still not updating any change in outlet. They don't care about customers reviews and not updating their behaviour with customers. If you are not giving a good experience to the customer then close your outlet
