15/3/2023 I bought 16g 24 carat gold price 4060 and 30 dhram insurance is free their told to me I give money 4100 remaining amount I didn't get I also forgot it, went room I check the amount and cal the Kalyan jewellers but their said insurance is not free and also paid 10 dhram you get 10dhram but I did not get 10 dhram , their cheating me sales dept is worst, gold buy time like a good character then worst sales dept,
