A worst experience with KJ. To retrieve past bill from Mumbai store they kept us in hold for almost an hour upon that no reduction in Making Charges. Being an old customer from Mumbai store the deal was canceled for just Rs. 200. Not expected from KJ. ----- A surprise today from KJ. Was delighted to see the problem solved and I bought what I couldn't yesterday. Thank you Ms Kavita & the team.
