One of the worst customer service Today i have come to kalyan. But the agents service very poor and act like doll Then I went to pothys swarna mahal. Very good care with service. I think kalyan jewellers is very difficult to survive.

Not very helpful. Sarcasm oozing out. They seem to help people only who are well dressed. Attitude has to change. Never will I visit kalyan again

Kalyan Jewellers is a trusted brand with numerous branches and an extensive collection. The jewelry is high-quality and reliable. However, the staff can seem a bit lethargic in the evenings, which impacts the overall customer experience. A bit more energy from the team would enhance their service.

Train your staff Prashanth on how to handle customers. In the meantime, when I billed Kalyan Jewellery, I can't give the bill now. They have a target on May 10 Akshayatirthya day and told me what can be done at home. They said they have a target and did not give the bill. Even today, May 13, the bill has not been received. When Prashant was called and asked, Prashant said that it is not Prashant's job, if you want, come to the shop and buy it. If it is not Prashanth's work or the customer who is doing that work, Kalyan Jewelery is a good jeweller, but staff like Prashanth should be careful not to spoil your reputation. thank you
