Very pathetic behaviour of staff. Waited several hrs for billing and exchange for 2 days in continuation and they are like abhi wait kijiye , dusra kaam ho kar aaiye market se ya shamko ajaiye to collect bill abhi server issue hai .Very unprofessional behaviour it’s my first and last purchase from Kalyan jewellers and even they didn’t give us the original copy of bill or yeh tak bola ki apko saman to de rha hai na bill ka kya karenge
