Yesterday evening i went to buy 10 G gold bar from kalyan Hamdan street and to my surprise they asked me to pay for certification fees and when i aksed them to show me certificate they were not have any khnowledge about that and sale representatives said if you want to know where to get certificate go to google or youtube and search from your side as we dont know, the staff was rude and had no knowledge about the certification of gold bar. Gold bar usually sold on the gold rate and on top of that all these shops are charging different amounts, i.e if i pay cash i have to give 80 AED and if i will pay via card they will charge me 125 AED. But all these SR failed to provide any valid justification and not able to show me the certificate, when asked they behaved rude. Pathetic experience. Can somebody held if these certification fees are legit and they are charging on the name of valcambi and PAMP.

We shopping yesterday and they didnot give us good discount even we had Esaad card
