Basic experience was very poor since I was denied to purchase simple item to which we normally call as Vedhni against the vouchers of INR 72000. I was buying something from your shop not asking anything free. Had it been the item Vedhni, I would have used it later date for my choice and my required item from your shop. But since you were aware that where the customer will go as I was stuck and you had a chance to trap me. Thus I was forced to buy some article. This is ridiculous approach by Kalyan Jewellers. Only big name, intentions are very poor. However, your representative Prasad Ghodke was very co-operative and helped with best way and positive way. That was really commendable. Else I left Kalyan Jewellers ' shop for never ever enter in lifetime again because of your deceptive approach. I am also sharing this experience to my Company HR to re- think about allocating KJ vouchers to avoid the deception of other employees in my Organisation. The question to recommand KJ does not even arise since you tried to fool me and wasted my hard earned money with the article that I had to buy against my mind and requirement.
