I’m currently trying to make a payment, but it’s not going through—neither via QR code nor through other available methods. Additionally, I’ve attempted to contact your customer service multiple times, but each time I was placed on hold and the call was disconnected after a while. This has happened three times in a row.

"I recently visited Kalyan Jewellers to purchase a piece of jewelry, but I was shocked at the exorbitant making charges. The craftsmanship was decent, but the additional costs made the overall price unreasonable. Other jewellers in the market offer similar designs with much more competitive pricing. It feels like they're taking advantage of their brand name to overcharge customers. Definitely not worth it—shop around before committing to Kalyan!"

I would like to share my thoughts on the customer service experience at Kalyan Jewellers, particularly highlighting the difference in hospitality between their branches in India and the Middle East, based on my experience with the Dubai branch. While Kalyan Jewellers promotes the idea of delivering consistent hospitality across all locations, my experience suggests otherwise. In Dubai, the service fell short of expectations. For instance, even basic gestures, such as offering drinking water, were overlooked—something that is more customary in their Indian branches. As a reputed brand, Kalyan Jewellers should ensure a uniform standard of hospitality and customer care across all their outlets. Consistency in service is critical to upholding the corporate identity and meeting the expectations set by their brand promise.
