"I recently visited Kalyan Jewellers to purchase a piece of jewelry, but I was shocked at the exorbitant making charges. The craftsmanship was decent, but the additional costs made the overall price unreasonable. Other jewellers in the market offer similar designs with much more competitive pricing. It feels like they're taking advantage of their brand name to overcharge customers. Definitely not worth it—shop around before committing to Kalyan!"

For instance, even basic gestures, such as offering drinking water, were overlooked—something that is more customary in their Indian branches. As a reputed brand, Kalyan Jewellers should ensure a uniform standard of hospitality and customer care across all their outlets. Consistency in service is critical to upholding the corporate identity and meeting the expectations set by their brand promise.

Me and my friends are regular customers at Kalyan. We ask for Bharatesh specifically as we are sure he will help us make good choices. He is patient and also a good salesman.

Worsh experience at Amanda 2(Lulu) outlet. Your team cheat to people who believe on Kalyan Jwellers. I did not got dipawali discount just because of I have deposited my amount here. They said you was eligible for deepawali discount if you was cash purchaser . It’s unfair and gives a lesson that we should never deposit any amount . The manager way to explain and handle us he looks totally unprofessional. Will never come back to Kalyan as well as will suggest to out colleagues as well about this fraud.
