Bad service, delay in billing process. Bill not given in time server down.

The sales staff in the Lulu Messila branch are very bad. They are rude and sarcastic. Twice we went there to purchase but didn't get a good reception whatever we ask they say no. Then we went to Garaffa branch and purchased there.
