Lack of professionalism and irresponsible staff. Also the software they use to bill is malfunctioning. My billing address they have put wrong and when I asked to change, they dint. Rather they told the bill can't be changed. No action taken till now. Very unprofessional people...not worth to visit or buy anything ..such gold shops grow like mushroom n dissapear..
