Got assigned to terrible sales staff who doesn’t communicate all the details and offers well. We went to purchase on Diwali day, there were mis leading hangings of offers (when asked about it, they said it’s applicable to 1L purchase of Diamond jewellery only even though it was not mentioned so in the hangings). We were denied the Diwali offer as we got a discount for being part of Kalyan Developers family. The manager was initially pleasant but turned rude when we asked questions about the discount. The salesman also fumbled when we questioned about it. Have been purchasing from kalyan for a long time now, but very pathetic and cunning behaviour from staff, and that too on Diwali!
