The diamond ring broke and also earlier there was a gold chain that keeps breaking, I don't understand why is it so bad manufacturing of ornaments and they charge a Bombay for making like 1600 and all

Very poor service and salesmen here are so drunk. They don’t understand what the customer’s requirement despite its high making charges has these bunch of morons especially at this store.. apalling. Its better to shut your stores.

Wish I could not add any stars, the salesmen here are so drunk. They don’t understand what the customer’s requirement is. One of them is Akshay, worst. Kalyan, despite its high making charges has these bunch of morons especially at this store.. apalling. Its better to shut your stores.

Amazing & courteous staff. It is really great visiting the Kalyan Borivali West showroom everytime, though the making charge is high, but the quality is just the best. Fabulous service!
